An enquiry is a message
A successful form response records your enquiry and returns a reference. It is not a contract for telecom service, a cancellation request to another business or confirmation of a particular response time.
Corrections and withdrawal
To correct or withdraw an enquiry, send another note with the earlier reference and explain the request. Do not include payment details. The new receipt confirms that the request was recorded, not that the change has already been completed.
Other services
Any service you obtain from a provider has its own applicable terms, billing and cancellation process. Ask that provider about changes or refunds. This page does not change your rights under Australian law or the provider’s obligations.
