The project window

Three dates.
One considered
ending.

Make the review date part of the plan, rather than a thought on the final day.

Open. Review. Close.

Choose distinct dates between 2020 and 2100. The review must fall strictly between opening and closing. The tool counts calendar days, independent of the time of day.

Use a general label. Leave phone numbers and private names out.

01

The intended start of the contact window.

02

After opening and before closing.

03

A prompt to confirm and carry out the next step.

Add three dates in order. Nothing is saved or scheduled by this form.

The calendar download is an .ics file with three all-day events and no automatic alerts. Import it yourself if you want it in your calendar. Changes here do not update or remove events already imported.

Before opening

Confirm the
real service.

Check ownership, current features, permitted uses and any costs with the actual provider. A date plan does not establish that a number or route can do what the project needs.

At the review

Check the
remaining work.

Ask whether the route still has the right purpose and owner. If dates change, update the people involved and any reminders already in your calendar.

Before closing

Give the
next step.

Prepare the follow-up message, deal with unfinished tasks and confirm how the actual service is changed or ended.

Downloading a plan or importing its dates does not notify anyone, cancel a subscription or deactivate a contact. Those are separate actions for the authorised person.
