Privacy and your drafts
The planning tools
The project window, closing-note composer and handover brief hold their state only in the open page. They do not use local storage, create an account or send the entered planning details to this website. Reloading or leaving the page clears the draft.
Files you choose to download
A text download contains the current plan or draft. The calendar file contains the project label and three planning dates. Your browser handles saving those files. Importing the calendar file into another app may share its content with that app according to your settings. We do not import it, connect to your calendar or update earlier events.
The separate enquiry form
If you submit an enquiry, the server stores the name, reply email, subject and message you provide, your permission, the receipt timestamp and a random reference. This supports reviewing and responding to the enquiry. Please leave out verification codes, passwords, payment details and private information about other people.
Operational records
The form briefly keeps a hash derived from the request’s network address to limit rapid repeat submissions. Hosting may separately keep ordinary access and security logs. This website has no advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts.
Requests about your information
Use the enquiry form with “A privacy request” and include an earlier reference if you have one. You can ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. We may need information to verify that the request concerns your record. A new receipt confirms only that the request was recorded.
Keeping records
Enquiry records should be kept only while reasonably needed to handle the question or meet applicable obligations. The site does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date. Your project’s own records and provider accounts remain subject to their own requirements.
